The unilateral non-action failure is generally caused by the electromagnetic directional valve. The electromagnetic reversing valve failure may be caused by a bad control circuit, or the reversing valve may be mechanically stuck. The specific inspection method is to first measure whether the directional valve has voltage. If there is voltage on the operating bed, disassemble and clean the reversing valve.

Due to long-term use, if there is any small impurities on the movable shaft of the interrogation valve, the shaft will be pulled and the shaft will be stuck, causing the operating table to move in only one direction. When the operating table is in use, it will automatically lower, but the speed is very slow. This situation occurs more frequently in mechanical operating tables, mainly due to failure of the lift pump. After the operating table is used for several years, very small impurities may stay in the oil inlet valve, causing a small internal leakage. The solution is to disassemble the lift pump and clean it with gasoline, especially to check the oil inlet valve.
